Hello Everyone
I am not sure how long it has been since we have done one of these so if you have heard any of this before you get it all again. Rob and I still live in Meridian and love it. Rob works at Micron as an Mechanical Engineer and I am at the same office I started at out of school. I work about 6 days a month, but I will probably go to 4 days a month in the Fall. The kids are growing like weeds and I love every minute of it. Alayna will be 9 this summer and it went by so quickly. She is an easy going quiet child, but a perfect little mother to her siblings. Brecklyn just turned 6 and is anything but quiet. She is nearly as tall as her sister and acts just as old if not older. She is in kindergarten this year but if they would have let us we would have started her in 1st grade. Crayton is 3 1/2 and is all boy. He already knows what buttons to push to get a rise out of his sisters. He has an articulation problem and loves going to speech therapy, and we are just getting to a point where we are beginning to understand most of what he is saying. Thank goodness! Dawson just turned 1 and is a pure delight. He is a laid back content kid and like Brecklyn he is tall for his age. It makes sense both he and she weighed over 9 and 1/2 lbs at birth and were 22 and 23 inches long. Kids keep life interesting and I love how unique they all are. Life seems to keep us busy. Rob works with the scouts at church and there couldn't be a better fit for him. I work with the Young women and I am in the middle of planning girls camp. All I have to say is I am glad I am not a teenage girl again. It amazes me how fast time seems to go by. It feels like yesterday we were all at school and then again it feels like a lifetime ago. I don't how many of you are in the Boise area, but I love to talk work. I know we have a horrible surplus of Hygienist in the area. The school up here is graduating a class of 30 about every 3 months. Work is not easy to come by from what I hear. I have to say my limited experience with the few local grads I have worked with has not been all that impressive. I guess I have turned into a hygiene snob, but I hate to see sub standard care, and unfortunately my employer doesn't really care. How are the areas you all work in? Is anyone planning on going to the Annual Session this year? I would love to get together with any of you that get over this way. I hope that you are all doing well. Take care!
